      Linda Anegawa

      Chief Medical Officer, Noom 


      Dr. Linda Anegawaʻs career has spanned 25 years in academic primary care, obesity care, and clinical leadership, driving the development of weight loss and lifestyle medicine programs in both the brick-and-mortar and telemedicine spaces. Dr. Linda created one of the first Obesity Medicine clinical clerkships in the country at the University of Hawaii, earning her multiple accolades including the Kaiser Foundation Teaching Award and election to Fellowship by the American College of Physicians. As the founder of Pinnacle Metabolic Medicine, she advises companies in the clinical, medical-nutritional, and pharma spaces. Dr. Linda earned her MD and MS in Pharmacology at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, and completed Internal Medicine residency at Stanford.


      Previously, she served as the Chief Medical Officer at Noom and founded the Obesity Medicine program at PlushCare (acquired by Accolade) where she was a Medical Director. Dr. Linda is one of <1% of physicians in the USA who are Board Certified in Obesity Medicine. In addition to Obesity Certification, she is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, and holds certifications from The Heart Math Institute in Stress, Anxiety, and Self-Regulation Coaching, Trauma-Informed Coaching, as well as Mindful Eating through Yoga Alliance.       Michelle Landrum is an accomplished insurance brokerage professional with over 16 years of experience in employee benefits. Through her career progression, she has acquired a deep understanding of managing employee benefits, with a special interest in working alongside mid-size and large employers to tailor innovative and intricate benefits programs, always aiming to refine and improve their operation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources, and is a licensed life/health agent, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, and Group Benefits Disability Specialist.


      Michelle is also actively involved in her community, serving as the President of the Los Angeles CEBS Board, the Vice Chair of the PIHRA Pasadena Board, an Executive Committee member of C-Sweet, and a Benefits Advisor for UK in SoCal (British Consulate Business Division).       Partner at Farient Advisors LLC


      Dayna Harris is a seasoned board-level executive compensation consultant with over two decades of experience. She specializes in advising compensation committees and executive management on various aspects of executive compensation and related corporate governance. With extensive expertise across diverse industries such as manufacturing, mining, high technology, leisure (restaurants, hotels, entertainment), and services (outsourcing, healthcare, financial), Dayna brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients.


      Her specialties include developing pay strategies and incentive designs that align with business strategies, performance measures, and shareholder value creation. Dayna excels in goal setting and is adept at working with companies navigating significant change. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a keen understanding of executive compensation dynamics and a proven track record of delivering strategic solutions to her clients.



      Larry Comp

      EVP, LTC Performance, an IMA Company


      Larry Comp serves as Practice Leader for Total Compensation and Performance Solutions and co-author of 3 Executive Compensation books available on Amazon. He is also a member of the Executive Compensation Committee of the Board of a Major Corporation. Prior to joining LTC Performance Strategies, Larry held key leadership roles with Nissan, Baxter Healthcare, and McDermott, International. He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, has been accredited as a Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is recognized as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).


      Larry is a prominent author and speaker on utilizing performance, total compensation and integrated growth solutions to drive productivity, profitability and organizational effectiveness. Publications such as Inc. Magazine, IOMA, HR Magazine, Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), The Orbiter, The Forum, and Entrepreneur have cited Larry for his contributions. Larry has designed, developed and facilitated numerous courses for corporate clients; served as Compensation Instructor for UCLA, Adjunct Professor for Antioch College, guest instructor for University of Redlands, Loyola Marymount, California State University-Northridge, & California Lutheran University.       Jeannie Finkel

      Chief HR Executive and Human Capital Advisor


      Jeannie Finkel has held a variety of progressively responsible Human Resources posts over the past four decades. Jeannie is a seasoned senior team executive with particular expertise in all aspects of talent management, organization design, and change management.


      Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Cetera Financial Group, and as a member of the firm’s Management Committee, for this $2Bn wealth management services organization with 1800 employees.


      Prior to joining Cetera in 2019, Jeannie served as Chief Administrative Officer at Cydcor, a privately held direct sales organization. In this capacity, she developed the strategies and people management practices to drive Cydcor’s future growth. She joined Cydcor from Heidrick and Struggles, a leading global retained search firm, where she was a Partner in the Financial Services and Human Resources Officer practices. Jeannie came to Heidrick after serving as Head of Human Resources and Administration for Trust Company of the West (TCW), a leading asset management firm.


      Other previous positions include serving as Managing Director, Talent Management Systems and Strategies for a Fortune 100 organization. Additionally, Jeannie was with Charles Schwab & Co. for nearly twelve years as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources and ultimately functioning as Chief of Staff to Schwab's CEO and Executive Committee. Her early career roles were in commission-based sales as a recruiter.


      From 2006 through 2023, Jeannie served on the National Board of Directors for INROADS, a national non-profit organization that delivers innovative leadership development programs and creative solutions to identify, accelerate, and elevate underrepresented talent throughout their careers. Jeannie received her B.A. in Comparative Literature from Brandeis University and completed the Executive Program in Human Resources at the University of Michigan.



      Pam Demond

      Senior Human Resource Executive, DeMond Consulting 


      Pam DeMond is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Leader with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years. Her extensive experience includes roles in both large public organizations and smaller, fast-paced privately held companies across diverse industries, including software and hardware technology, lifestyle products, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail businesses.

      Throughout her career, Pam has been consistently recognized as a business-leading human resources professional. She excels in driving outcomes by aligning company strategy, organizational structure, talent placements, and operational initiatives. As a global leader of HR teams across multiple geographies and offices, Pam has demonstrated a track record of success in developing rapport across organizations, from Board of Directors to front-line employees. Her natural ability to identify and solve broad and complex issues, as well as tactical problems, sets her apart as a highly effective and trusted leader in the field of human resources.

      In her most recent roles, Pam served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Illuminate Education, spearheading all aspects of HR for a leading EdTech SaaS company with operations spanning multiple offices in the US and Bangalore, India. She led the seamless integration of strategic acquisitions, optimized performance through strategic investments, and revitalized company culture to enhance employee morale and retention. Additionally, she held the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Mavenlink, a cloud based “end to end” project management/work management solution utilized by businesses around the world. During her tenure, Pam played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s infrastructure and processes, effectively doubling its size over a three-year timeframe. 

      Pam’s journey in Human Resources leadership extends beyond her roles at Illuminate Education and Mavenlink. Before joining these organizations, Pam held several senior-level human resources assignments at large publicly owned companies such as Luxottica and PepsiCo. Within these companies, she led various teams in critical areas including HR Business Partnership, Fair Employment, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition. 

      With a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly State University, Pam brings a blend of academic knowledge and a diverse skill set that has contributed to a deep understanding of the intricacies of HR and business management across multiple industries and organizational contexts. Her dedication to driving organizational success and fostering positive work environments continues to define her career trajectory.

      Cristina Chen-Oster, CFA

      Founder and CEO, M2M Capital


      Prior to founding M2M Capital, Cristina served as the Head of Americas Distribution for S64, a global Alternatives Solutions business committed to optimizing private market access. Her responsibilities at S64 followed her 13-year tenure at Deutsche Bank, where she led institutional solutions distribution and equity structured products to consistently receive top tier league table recognition. Cristina’s experience also includes lead coverage roles at other global investment banks, such as Goldman Sachs and Natixis. During her career, Cristina has been responsible for over $60bn in alternative product transactions.


      Cristina is a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a mission to connect and support women leaders. She has held leadership positions in women networks at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. Some of her initiatives over the past two decades have been featured by financial publications such as Bloomberg and Fortune.


      Cristina is a CFA charter holder and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from MIT.

      Alison Smith

      Managing Director, Bernstein Private Wealth Management


      Alison R. Smith has 2 decades of experience working with entrepreneurs, families, foundations, and investors. Alison is a Managing Director at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, which advises high net worth clients on planning for—and living with—the complexities that come with wealth. Before joining Bernstein, Alison was a Partner and Head of Strategic Growth at Rethink Capital Partners, a venture capital and real estate investment platform.


      Before joining Rethink, Alison was a Managing Director of Cornerstone Capital Group, a registered investment advisor that serves clients who want their investments to contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive world without sacrificing financial performance. Prior to joining Cornerstone, for over a decade, Alison worked at TIGER 21, an investment think-tank for high-net-worth individuals. Alison is often asked to speak at conferences and guest lecture at universities on topics including: aligning your portfolio with your values, impact investing, strategic growth, authentic financial marketing, and how to measure success.



      Christine C. Bailey

      Senior Vice President, Business Development - US Investment Research, Aranca

       

      Christine joined Aranca to leverage her sales and business development skills in order to showcase Aranca’s financial research products to clients within the Fixed Income arena.


      Before joining Aranca, Ms. Bailey was a Director of Fixed Income, Global Markets, in New York City for ABN Amro, a global bank based in the Netherlands. Her expertise in the financial arena includes multiple facets of debt, including high yield, distressed debt, convertibles, private placements, and equity. Prior to ABN Amro, Christine was associated with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She spent much of her sales trading career at R.W. Pressprich as part of its High Yield/ Distressed credit team in New York. Christine is well versed in credit analysis, having previously held senior positions at Dresdner Bank as Vice President of their Mergers & Acquisitions Restructuring group and at The Bank of New York Mellon as AVP of Corporate Banking. She received her MBA degree in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business, and BA degree in English from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.


      In addition to her business background, Christine is philanthropically involved with multiple charities. She serves on the board of both alumni organizations (Lehigh and NYU) and serves as Contributing Committee Member at Integrity House in Newark, NJ, and the Fortnightly Women’s Club in Summit, NJ. She was also Treasurer for the New Jersey Festival Orchestra based in Westfield, NJ. Christine’s interests include spending time with her family, global travel, wine tastings, and singing karaoke.

      Dianne's highest passion is her work as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of C-Sweet, the premier national networking association for female executives across industries. 


      As an Investment Banker and Principal for Capital InVentures, Dianne works with CEOs seeking $15 to $50 mm+ in debt and/or equity financing.   She expedites deal flow, reviews business plans, and raises capital.   


      Dianne’s background includes over 25 years in B2B sales and account management.   She’s owned two technical staffing agencies working across industries with Fortune 1000, middle-market and fast-growth companies.

She has formed, structured, re-structured, and advised numerous private funds.
