Michelle Landrum

Michelle Landrum is an accomplished insurance brokerage professional with over 16 years of experience in employee benefits. Through her career progression, she has acquired a deep understanding of managing employee benefits, with a special interest in working alongside mid-size and large employers to tailor innovative and intricate benefits programs, always aiming to refine and improve their operation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources, and is a licensed life/health agent, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, and Group Benefits Disability Specialist.
Michelle is also actively involved in her community, serving as the President of the Los Angeles CEBS Board, the Vice Chair of the PIHRA Pasadena Board, an Executive Committee member of C-Sweet, and a Benefits Advisor for UK in SoCal (British Consulate Business Division). Her passions extend beyond her work and include transforming healthcare, space travel, and supporting charitable causes.

Dayna Harris

Dayna Harris is a seasoned board-level executive compensation consultant with over two decades of experience. She specializes in advising compensation committees and executive management on various aspects of executive compensation and related corporate governance. With extensive expertise across diverse industries such as manufacturing, mining, high technology, leisure (restaurants, hotels, entertainment), and services (outsourcing, healthcare, financial), Dayna brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients.
Her specialties include developing pay strategies and incentive designs that align with business strategies, performance measures, and shareholder value creation. Dayna excels in goal setting and is adept at working with companies navigating significant change. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a keen understanding of executive compensation dynamics and a proven track record of delivering strategic solutions to her clients.
Larry Comp
EVP, LTC Performance, an IMA Company
Larry Comp serves as Practice Leader for Total Compensation and Performance Solutions and co-author of 3 Executive Compensation books available on Amazon. He is also a member of the Executive Compensation Committee of the Board of a Major Corporation. Prior to joining LTC Performance Strategies, Larry held key leadership roles with Nissan, Baxter Healthcare, and McDermott, International. He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, has been accredited as a Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is recognized as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
Larry is a prominent author and speaker on utilizing performance, total compensation and integrated growth solutions to drive productivity, profitability and organizational effectiveness. Publications such as Inc. Magazine, IOMA, HR Magazine, Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), The Orbiter, The Forum, and Entrepreneur have cited Larry for his contributions. Larry has designed, developed and facilitated numerous courses for corporate clients; served as Compensation Instructor for UCLA, Adjunct Professor for Antioch College, guest instructor for University of Redlands, Loyola Marymount, California State University-Northridge, & California Lutheran University. He has also presented to a variety of CEO & HR forums & professional associations such as Renaissance Executive Forums, PIHRA, Right Management, Challenger Gray, the National Human Resources Association & USC Business Conference.
Jeannie Finkel
Chief HR Executive and Human Capital Advisor
Jeannie Finkel has held a variety of progressively responsible Human Resources posts over the past four decades. Jeannie is a seasoned senior team executive with particular expertise in all aspects of talent management, organization design, and change management.
Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Cetera Financial Group, and as a member of the firm’s Management Committee, for this $2Bn wealth management services organization with 1800 employees.
Prior to joining Cetera in 2019, Jeannie served as Chief Administrative Officer at Cydcor, a privately held direct sales organization. In this capacity, she developed the strategies and people management practices to drive Cydcor’s future growth. She joined Cydcor from Heidrick and Struggles, a leading global retained search firm, where she was a Partner in the Financial Services and Human Resources Officer practices. Jeannie came to Heidrick after serving as Head of Human Resources and Administration for Trust Company of the West (TCW), a leading asset management firm.
Other previous positions include serving as Managing Director, Talent Management Systems and Strategies for a Fortune 100 organization. Additionally, Jeannie was with Charles Schwab & Co. for nearly twelve years as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources and ultimately functioning as Chief of Staff to Schwab's CEO and Executive Committee. Her early career roles were in commission-based sales as a recruiter.
From 2006 through 2023, Jeannie served on the National Board of Directors for INROADS, a national non-profit organization that delivers innovative leadership development programs and creative solutions to identify, accelerate, and elevate underrepresented talent throughout their careers. Jeannie received her B.A. in Comparative Literature from Brandeis University and completed the Executive Program in Human Resources at the University of Michigan.
Pam Demond
Senior Human Resource Executive, DeMond Consulting
Pam DeMond is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Leader with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years. Her extensive experience includes roles in both large public organizations and smaller, fast-paced privately held companies across diverse industries, including software and hardware technology, lifestyle products, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail businesses.
Throughout her career, Pam has been consistently recognized as a business-leading human resources professional. She excels in driving outcomes by aligning company strategy, organizational structure, talent placements, and operational initiatives. As a global leader of HR teams across multiple geographies and offices, Pam has demonstrated a track record of success in developing rapport across organizations, from Board of Directors to front-line employees. Her natural ability to identify and solve broad and complex issues, as well as tactical problems, sets her apart as a highly effective and trusted leader in the field of human resources.
In her most recent roles, Pam served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Illuminate Education, spearheading all aspects of HR for a leading EdTech SaaS company with operations spanning multiple offices in the US and Bangalore, India. She led the seamless integration of strategic acquisitions, optimized performance through strategic investments, and revitalized company culture to enhance employee morale and retention. Additionally, she held the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Mavenlink, a cloud based “end to end” project management/work management solution utilized by businesses around the world. During her tenure, Pam played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s infrastructure and processes, effectively doubling its size over a three-year timeframe.
Pam’s journey in Human Resources leadership extends beyond her roles at Illuminate Education and Mavenlink. Before joining these organizations, Pam held several senior-level human resources assignments at large publicly owned companies such as Luxottica and PepsiCo. Within these companies, she led various teams in critical areas including HR Business Partnership, Fair Employment, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition.
With a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly State University, Pam brings a blend of academic knowledge and a diverse skill set that has contributed to a deep understanding of the intricacies of HR and business management across multiple industries and organizational contexts. Her dedication to driving organizational success and fostering positive work environments continues to define her career trajectory.
